I've been buying skill toys from YYS for the last four years. I pretty much alternate between YYS and YYE, depending on my needs. I have never had an issue until recently.
I had an issue with the finish of a tama and emailed them about it. It took three days to sort it out and get the address I needed to return ship to. The communication sucked and I felt dismissed. It's been a week since initial contact and I still don't have my tama replaced, though my shipping and price difference in items was refunded today. I had to ship first. My money was good enough, but not my word.
I'm shocked by this experience. I would have never seen this coming.

We got it all sorted out now. My faith in YYS is restored. I'm relieved because they have things I want. Some of their Zeekio stuff is identical in every way (made in the same factories, even) to more expensive items, just cheaper. I hate passing up a good deal.

I have always been eyeing YYS diabolo and devil/flower stick selection. It seems out of all skilltoy stores they have the most diverse selection.
